MOSCOW, Dec 28 (PRIME) -- Aluminum producer RUSAL has finished the placement of 3 billion Chinese yuan of 3-year exchange bonds, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
The issue carries quarterly coupons. Gazprombank was the underwriter.
The first coupon was set at 3.85% annually, the second to twelfth coupons will be calculated on the basis of the Loan Prime Rate of the central bank of China for the first class borrowers plus 0.2%.
